Ardonagh to pay BGC $500mn for Corant Global
Ardonagh Group has agreed a $500mn cash deal to acquire Corant Global, the insurance brokerage business of BGC Partners, in what Ardonagh CEO David Ross described as a “compelling shake-up of the global wholesale landscape”.
