Ardonagh completes $500mn takeover of Corant Global from BGC
Ardonagh Group has completed its $500mn cash deal to acquire Corant Global, taking over the business which includes wholesale and specialty unit Ed Broking, Lloyd’s broker Besso and aviation specialist Piiq Risk Partners from BGC.
