Ardonagh buys Bennetts Motorcycling Services for £26mn

Ardonagh subsidiary Atlanta Investment Holdings has exchanged contracts with Saga Services Ltd to buy Bennetts Motorcycling Services Ltd (Bennetts) for an enterprise value of £26mn ($33.9mn).
