Arch scores Florida high court win in malpractice suit against law firm
Florida’s Supreme Court has overturned lower court rulings in a case brought by Arch against a law firm, concluding that an insurer can maintain a legal malpractice action against counsel hired to represent its insured where the insurer is contractually subrogated to the insured’s rights under the policy.
