Applied chair Menzies hits back at CDI’s objections to buyout
Applied Underwriters has defended re-domesticating a subsidiary from California in order to complete its buyout from Berkshire Hathaway, accusing the state’s insurance department of “vacillation”, “extreme politicisation” and “glacial inertia”.
