Appeals court orders Chubb to pay $8mn to Zurich in excess cover dispute
An appeals court has affirmed that Chubb must pay $8mn to Zurich, with the court ruling that the latter’s pay out on an excess policy related to the death of a cyclist should be covered by primary insurer Chubb.
