Aon-WTW ‘walk away’ deadline extended three months amid EU probe
The initial outside date set for the first anniversary of the 9 March 2020 announcement of the Aon-Willis Towers Watson deal will automatically extend for three months from tomorrow as the transaction continues to be scrutinised by the European Commission (EC) and other regulators.
