Aon-WTW: The DoJ’s deal-blocking claims in detail

The US Department of Justice (DoJ) has sued to block the Aon-Willis Towers Watson merger because it believes competition will be unlawfully reduced in five key markets and that the brokers’ proposed divestitures do not eliminate the merger’s anticompetitive effects.
