Aon-WTW lawyers: DoJ’s proposed Feb 2022 antitrust trial date “untenable”
Aon and Willis Towers Watson’s lawyers have called the US Department of Justice’s proposed February 2022 date for the antitrust trial over the brokers’ combination “untenable” while also voicing frustration that with each day that passes they are losing “top talent” and clients to competitors.
