Aon confirms Vesttoo-related litigation and BDA investigation
Aon has said that a number of clients and counterparties have either begun legal action or signalled their intent to do so in relation to the fallout from revelations that several Vesttoo-facilitated transactions were allegedly supported by fraudulent letters of credit.
