AM Best warns fronting carriers facing possible collateral-related rating actions
AM Best has confirmed it is “monitoring the rapidly evolving situation” regarding Vesttoo and concerns over fraudulent collateral, and warned fronting carriers and other insurers that they may face rating actions.
