AM Best US P&C upgrades down 33% YoY in 2022
The number of AM Best credit rating upgrades on US property casualty insurance companies dropped by a third in 2022 while downgrades increased by a quarter compared with the previous year, with commercial lines having more upgrades and fewer downgrades than personal lines.
