AM Best reviews Gray Surety ratings over Bernhard Capital buy-in
AM Best has put its A- financial strength and “a-” credit ratings on The Gray Casualty & Surety Company (GCSC) under review with developing implications after news earlier this week that an investor group led by private equity firm Bernhard Capital has agreed to make a significant investment in the carrier.
