AM Best plays down Covid-19 risk for reinsurers despite stress-test pressure
Ratings agency AM Best has described the impacts of the coronavirus pandemic as “manageable” for global non-life reinsurers and stated relevant policy exclusions “will hold up”, despite demanding underwriters declare their Covid-19 exposures as a matter of urgency.
