AM Best places Topa’s A- rating under review after auto reserve deterioration
AM Best has placed Topa Insurance Company’s A- (Excellent) financial strength rating under review with negative implications, with the rating agency stressing it needs further discussions with management of the US program insurer about improving operating performance over the near term.
