Alliant calls for Aon fac case dismissal as preliminary injunction hearing set for November
Alliant has urged an Illinois judge to dismiss Aon’s case against it over the hiring of nine facultative reinsurance specialists, arguing its rival’s complaint “is fundamentally flawed at the threshold pending level”, while three days in November have now been scheduled for the preliminary injunction.
