Alliant agrees deal to buy personal lines intermediary Confie from Abry
Alliant Insurance Services has signed a deal to buy Confie – which houses Freeway Insurance and Bluefire Insurance – in a transaction that adds a significant personal lines platform to the Stone Point-backed US retail broker’s commercial lines business, The Insurer can reveal.
