Align Financial buys NationsBuilders Insurance Services

Fresh from news of its $800mn buyout by Dual, Align Financial Holdings has announced the acquisition of crane and construction equipment specialist MGU NationsBuilders Insurance Services (NBIS) from its private equity owners SunTx Capital Partners.
