Construction insurance capacity is becoming increasingly restricted with double-digit rate rises on many lines of coverage and underwriters imposing tighter terms and conditions as losses and the impact of Covid-19 take their toll on carriers and drive uncertainty in the sector, according to Arthur J Gallagher.
