Aircraft financier Shearwater launches London legal claim against insurers
Aviation financing firm Shearwater Global Capital has filed a complaint in London’s High Court against Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty and Liberty Specialty Markets in what is understood to be the latest legal action related to planes currently trapped as a result of the Russia-Ukraine war.
