AIG and Lloyd’s set out defence in $3.5bn AerCap case

AIG and Lloyd’s Insurance Company (LIC) have told the High Court that they are not liable for losses incurred by AerCap in a defence filing following a $3.5bn claim by the aircraft lessor.
