AIG accused of “fuelling climate disaster” by activist group Citizen
Advocacy group Public Citizen has blasted AIG after the insurer released its second annual ESG report, with the activist group accusing the Peter Zaffino-led business of continuing “to gloss over its role in fueling climate destruction” through underwriting and investing in the oil and gas industry.
