Ageas walks away from UK insurer DLG after rejection of £3bn+ approach
Ageas said late on Friday that after two unsuccessful offers to the Direct Line Group board of directors, the Brussels-based firm will not attempt to make a new bid for the UK insurer, which has a £2.76bn market cap.
