AF Group confirms AmeriTrust acquisition
AF Group has announced a definitive agreement to acquire its Michigan neighbour AmeriTrust Group on undisclosed terms, two weeks after this publication revealed the specialty platform had emerged as the frontrunner to buy the carrier formerly known as Meadowbrook from its Chinese owner Fosun.
