AerCap settlement sets favourable precedent for Russia/Ukraine aviation losses
A landmark settlement reached by the world’s largest aircraft lessor AerCap with Russian operator Aeroflot sets a “favourable precedent” and could lower the claims made against international (re)insurers by 75 percent, according to JMP Securities.
