Acrisure to issue $925mn senior notes to refinance debt
Acrisure is issuing $925mn of five-year senior unsecured notes to refinance its existing senior unsecured notes due in 2025 as it was also disclosed that the firm grew revenues to $4.5bn in the 12 months to September 2023, up from $3.9bn in 2022.
