Acrisure enters Brazil market with It’sSeg deal
Acrisure has announced an expansion into Brazil with the acquisition of It’sSeg, which was founded in 2014 by Thomaz Menezes and private equity firm Actis and has grown into the country’s largest independent benefit management and insurance broking firm.
