AA extends TowerBrook, Warburg Pincus takeover offer deadline
AA plc has extended the deadline for private equity firms TowerBrook Capital Partners and Warburg Pincus to decide whether their consortium will make a takeover offer for the British personal lines provider and roadside recovery group.
