1347 PIH reveals Heise as CEO of new reinsurance unit
1347 Property Insurance Holdings (1347 PIH) has named Tom Heise CEO of its new reinsurance subsidiary Fundamental Global Reinsurance (FGRe), which has also entered into its first reinsurance contract.
