Fortitude Re forms new BDA multi-line reinsurer and gets US reciprocal status
Bermuda-based run-off vehicle Fortitude Re has continued its P&C and life platform build-out by setting up a new Class 4/E reinsurer on the island to target international business while its established subsidiary has been approved as a reciprocal jurisdiction reinsurer by Texas regulators.
