Chaucer warns of regulatory and litigation risk from poor corporate cybersecurity

Corporates may be at risk of regulatory fines or class actions following a data breach, Chaucer has warned, with new research finding that financial data belonging to as many as 52.8 million individuals was compromised in data breaches in the UK last year.
