Chubb accepts UK jurisdiction for Russia lessor claims in shock move
Chubb has signalled its intention to accept the jurisdiction of the UK courts in a heated legal battle with aviation leasing firms and operators over whether multi-million pound disputes over jets trapped in Russia should be heard in London or Moscow.
