Covéa to finally succeed in determined pursuit for reinsurance unit

Just over 18 months after Covéa and Exor’s previous agreement for PartnerRe broke down amid Covid-19 uncertainty, the firms yesterday unveiled a definitive agreement for the sale of the Bermudian.
