S&P forecasts “highly active” 2022 for North American broker M&A
This year will once again be “highly active” for insurance broker M&A in North America with no slowdown in deals in the coming 12 months, according to S&P Global Ratings, while the agency has also predicted the sector will maintain its steady performance in 2022.
