Furious pace of London broker M&A continues with $500mn Corant deal
Since 2018, the ownership of London’s wholesale/specialty brokers has changed at a furious pace. JLT, Tysers, RFIB, Besso, Miller, Paragon, Capsicum Re and BMS have all sold, along with smaller ones – like Alston Gayler – and of course the largest of them all, Willis.
