BI uncertainty persists a year on from test case judgment
It is now almost a year since the Supreme Court handed down its largely policyholder-friendly judgment in the FCA test case, but for many insurers, their reinsurers and policyholders, uncertainty over Covid-19 BI exposures remains, with a series of potentially expensive cases set to be heard in 2022.
