Towergate hits back in pub group’s £3mn negligence suit
Ardonagh’s retail insurance broker Towergate has hit back at claims that it failed to do its due diligence on unrated Liechtenstein-based carrier Gable, which later went into liquidation without paying a UK pub group’s £3.3mn ($3.9mn) fire claim.
