Enstar completes $217.1mn acquisition of controlling interest in Enhanzed Re

Enstar Group has completed the acquisition of a 27.7 percent interest in Enhanzed Reinsurance, taking over the stake from an affiliate of Hillhouse Group for $217.1mn.
