Intact eyeing North America acquisition with circa C$1bn warchest at hand
Intact Financial Corporation is eyeing a potential US or Canadian acquisition later this year with the Toronto, Canada-headquartered carrier having some C$1bn ($770mn) to possibly deploy on a transaction, the company’s management team said on Wednesday.
