Conduit posts $61.4mn H1 loss as Ukraine-Russia and investments drag on results
London-listed Conduit Re has reported a $61.4mn comprehensive loss for the first half year – compared to a loss of $12.4mn in the same period last year – as the carrier was impacted by a $24.6mn hit related to the Russia-Ukraine war as well as a net unrealised loss on investments of $54.3mn.
