Axa granted permission to appeal £4.5mn Corbin & King BI suit
London’s High Court has granted Axa Insurance permission to appeal a ruling which found the insurer liable to pay out £4.5mn ($5.9mn) to restaurant owner Corbin & King in its high-profile court case over Covid-related business interruption (BI) claims.
