Neal’s 2022 pay surpasses £2mn as remuneration jumps 30%
Lloyd’s CEO John Neal received £2,085,000 in total remuneration in 2022 – an increase of 30 percent from the prior year – with the uplift largely driven by a higher bonus and a market award based on the aggregate performance of syndicates at One Lime Street.
