SVB's $180mn D&O cover set to be triggered as execs sued by shareholders
The first of potentially many lawsuits against executives of Silicon Valley Bank’s parent has been filed, with the insurers of the bank’s Chubb-led $180mn D&O tower – which The Insurer can reveal was placed by Lockton – exposed to the litigation.
