Wheeler linked with Blaser specialty start-up
Mark Wheeler has been linked with a reunion with his former Ironshore colleague Mitch Blaser on the executive’s proposed specialty Lloyd’s insurer, which is expected to be among proposals considered by the market’s ruling body, the Council, in Q4 ahead of a potential 2021 launch, The Insurer can reveal.
