Swiss Re reorganises legal entity structure to boost capital efficiency
Swiss Re has revealed plans to reorganise the legal entity structure of its operating carriers with Swiss Reinsurance Company Ltd set to become the sole direct wholly-owned operating subsidiary of the company.
