Beazley sues Indianapolis archdiocese over sexual misconduct claims
Two Beazley syndicates at Lloyd’s have sued The Roman Catholic Church of the Archdiocese of Indianapolis, arguing that they should not have to cover sexual abuse claims against a priest because they were not disclosed when the policy was bought.
