MDL panel mulls “nightmare” of not consolidating Covid-19 BI cases
The Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation (JPMDL) has held a hearing to decide whether hundreds of US Covid-19 business interruption (BI) cases should be consolidated, with one judge suggesting the situation could be “a nightmare” if they are not.
