Argo restatements reduce 2020 net loss by $17.8mn
S&P Global Ratings has commented Argo needs to further strengthen its internal controls after the Bermudian, in its delayed 10-K, reported restatements of prior years’ financial statements that reduced 2020’s net loss by $18.5mn.
